Extremely fast turnaround for our urgent rush job, communications was respectful, polite, and patient. Pins turned out exactly as wanted (we ordered magnetic soft enamel pins). Products arrived safely, securely, magnets are strong. My jacket is very thick but it still stayed on quite well. We order from KL and the delivery was fast. Customer service over Whatsapp was quick and to the point, addressed all concerns prior to ordering and delivery of the product.
